Tee Time Lottery
Beginning April 1, 2008 we will begin a lottery system everyday. All tee times from opening until 11:50 am will be fairly allocated through the automated lottery system. Any tee time that has not been chosen in the lottery will be available to members and active duty personnel who request a tee time but did not register for the lottery. The first available open tee time will commence after 12 noon daily.

Also beginning this year, members and active duty personnel will be allowed to call at 09:00 am 3 days in advance of the day of play.

All personnel may call the PC on the day of play to check if there are any available tee time slots that have not been filled.

Reserving Tee Time Over The Phone
Tee times may be reserved at the North 36 by all eligible patrons (with or without a PIN # ) by telephoning the play coordinator on the day of play at 703-806-5899.

Tee Time Reservation System
Everyone may reserve a tee time on the day of play only, by calling the starter at 703-806-5899.

All tee times that are requested 1, 2 or 3 days in the future must be processed through our automated tee time reservation system.  This is a telephone only system. The telephone number is 703-806-5892.

To use this system requires an access number referred to as a pin number.  You may apply for a pin number at the Pro Shop; you must do this in person as we are required to verify identification. 

There is no fee for the pin number; this is new for the 2008 golf season.

All pin number holders may reserve a tee time up to 3 days in advance by calling the automated telephone system 703-806-5892, no earlier than 9:00 AM.  When the computer begins giving information press the number 1 on your telephone key pad, wait for a response from the computer which will state… “enter your tee time number followed by the pound (#) key”. After this you will select option 1…”to register for a tee time”.  Continue following the computer prompts.

If you call within this 3 day period, the system is available 24 hours a day.

All members and active duty personnel with pin numbers may reserve a morning tee time 4 days in advance.  To do this you must call the automated system at 703-806-5892,between the hours of 9:00 AM and 11:40 AM.  When the computer begins giving information press the number 1 on your telephone key pad, wait for a response from the computer which will state… “enter your tee time number followed by the pound (#) key”; after this you will select option 2…”to register for the lottery”.  Follow the computer prompts, when completed the system will confirm that… “you have been registered in the lottery”.  To find out if you have been assigned a tee time in the lottery you must call the system after 1:00 PM the same day.  When calling the system after 1:00 PM, following the same procedures stated above, you will select option 3, …”to inquire about an existing tee time”.  If you have been informed that you have not received a tee time through the lottery you may then select option 1…”to register for a tee time”, and request a tee time for the morning or afternoon 4 days out.
